| All A/V and media equipment (projectors screens, computers, sound systems, etc) and other inventoried items are monitored to insure that stock levels are not available for each function and not overbooked. When items are not available in-house, Rendezvous displays alternative supplier names, based on the item, and whom you can contact to secure the item(s).
Automatic room set-up and breakdown times, critical for video-conferencing and complex events, can be created for all equipment to
