NFS Clients need to make arrangements for “Remote” helpdesk services to be provided. Some issues will require NFS Staff to connect to the server or workstation and the following option are available:
- VPN + Microsoft Remote Desktop
- PcAnywhere
- Webex
- VNC
- Checkpoint Secure remote
- Citrix Remote access
Not having remote support arrangements could severely impact problem resolution and incur additional time based support charges.
