NFS provide fully manned, 24-hour software support, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Clients can select from a range of support levels to suit their operating needs and budgets. Typically, hotels software support is 7.00 am to 11.00 p.m., while standard conference and banqueting cover is on a 9.00 am to 5.00 p.m. basis.
Extended maintenance cover, normally required by larger properties, provides full 24-hour software support, with the additional benefit of regular software upgrades, as new features become available. Hardware maintenance is also provided, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, where required. NFS
