The Self Service Interface (EUI Module) is a web-based interface that allows staff to easily request or book rooms, catering, and other resources such as concierge services and taxis.
Based on the familiar
Windows desktop, this
web/intranet solution
offers easy integration
with corporate intranets
and venue websites and
provides an
easy-to-follow,
predefined flow for
making a booking or
delivery request.
Authorized users can
create, amend, and
cancel bookings 24 hours
a day, based on business
rules set by
adminstrators.
Some clients permit
their users to confirm
bookings, while others
only allow for requests
to be made. Users can be
limited to particular
types of rooms and
available resources
based on specific
security rights defined
by the administrator.
Powerful Functionality
The Self-Service Module offers powerful functionality but is very easy to use. It can also be configured to handle:

Rendezvous can allow settings to be configured that will govern the Self-Service calendars. It can be decided if the calendar view is available and which details are displayed. The user can use this graphical calendar to see what bookings are occurring in which room or space, for how long, whether it is an Internal or External booking and even the color-coded current status.
