Many operators seek to maximize their use of space by using rooms as dining spaces as well as function rooms. From small working lunches through to large parties, it clearly makes sense to allocate available rooms to meet changing needs.
Our Restaurant Management module allows users to manage their restaurant bookings through the Rendezvous banquet software, by giving them the facility to set up rooms that can handle multiple bookings concurrently.
Without the Restaurant module it would be difficult to manage multiple bookings due to all the associated requirements, such as table allocation, different menus, beverage requirements, last-minute changes in numbers - and last but not least - accurate deposit handling and billing.
With the Restaurant module this process is made very simple. The Restaurant Calendar (Restaurant Diary) in Rendezvous allows the user to block off space in the most flexible way and view multiple bookings within a room directly from the calendar screen.
