| Leading management school selects Rendezvous as management tool |

Seeking to increase efficiency, the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management has selected Rendezvous from NFS to book its rooms and other resources. Installed in June 2008, Rendezvous is an advanced browser-based meeting room, conference management and food service solution.
Lake Forest is a leading business graduate school in the Chicago area. Established 60 years ago with strong ties to the business community, its MBA program now operates from three campuses and also offers on-site classes at corporate locations.
The integration of Rendezvous and Microsoft Outlook was key, according to Greg Kozak, VP, Information Technology. “Prior to Rendezvous our users had to use a separate system to book rooms, though all our users ‘live in Outlook’. As our rooms and resources were in another system, many users were not properly booking rooms and we had many scheduling conflicts.”
With Rendezvous, Lake Forest has cut room scheduling conflicts and saved significant time and money. Users can now book rooms, resources and foodservice, and also handle billing, using a single system.
The Rendezvous solution has also given Lake Forest a self service facility to increase efficiency. |
